Well here we are in February, and no change! Actually that would be an understatement by miles, there is just nothing happening on the market it seems. There are other properties for sale round and about us and nothing doing there either, the one that was up for a quick sale... by quick sale I mean 20k below market value... went pretty quick, no shock there. Well thats Christmas and The New Year over and done with. The good lady took down the tree yesterday and it has been consigned to the loft for another year... boo hiss! Will we still be here in this house when it is time to drag it out again? Who knows. So how did our viewing go in December? Well the plan is a simple one; it's to sell up and get the hell out of dodge! Actually it's not all that simple at all; in fact it's complicated and scary.
