Well here we are in February, and no change!
Actually that would be an understatement by miles, there is just nothing happening on the market it seems. There are other properties for sale round and about us and nothing doing there either, the one that was up for a quick sale... by quick sale I mean 20k below market value... went pretty quick, no shock there.

Still damn cold with more reports of snow on the way, that's sure not going to help at all.

Well thats Christmas and The New Year over and done with.
The good lady took down the tree yesterday and it has been consigned to the loft for another year... boo hiss!

Will we still be here in this house when it is time to drag it out again? Who knows.

So how did our viewing go in December? At the time all seemed fine, but alas no offers were forthcoming, more upsetting I guess was that the viewer never gave a reason.
Oh well onward we go, after all ...
